I think people take their glasses off when they want to see something better because it depends on if they are near sighted or far sighted. I know my mom takes off her glasses when she’s reading and has to see something not right in front of her nose because the glasses make everything fuzzy. Not sure though

You wear glasses that let you see near better. Some people wear glasses that let them see far, yet can’t focus near when they are wearing them.
